At Aerovana, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return within 30 days of delivery.


Returns

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Returns are accepted for orders delivered within the United States.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in original condition

  • The item must be in its original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required

Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions for returning your item.

Return requests are typically reviewed within 1–2 business days.


Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Items that have been used or are not in their original condition (unless defective)

  • Items returned without original packaging


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method


Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos.

We will offer a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.


Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, contact us and we will assist you.


Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  • Contact your credit card company (processing time may vary)
